About Me

 Hello!

I believe life is a continuous process of growth, shaped by our relationships, experiences, and the many roles we inhabit along the way. I'm a therapist, educator, mother, partner, sister, daughter, and lifelong learner who approaches both life and therapy with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for the unfolding of each person's journey.

Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers. As the parent of young adult children, I've experienced the joys and challenges of supporting development through every stage—from early childhood to emerging adulthood. Those experiences, together with more than 20 years as an educator, school administrator, and member of a charter school founding team, have given me a deep appreciation for how we continue to grow and evolve throughout our lives. My background in early childhood development taught me that our earliest relationships matter deeply, but it has also reinforced my belief that we are never finished becoming who we are.

Originally from California and now rooted in the Philadelphia area, I've come to embrace life's transitions as invitations to grow with greater wisdom, compassion, and authenticity. Whether I'm spending time in nature, tending my garden, or sitting with clients, I'm reminded that growth can't be rushed. It unfolds through presence, patience, and care.

It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate change, reconnect with themselves, and create lives that feel more meaningful, grounded, and aligned with who they are becoming.
